Our Journey to La Liste
Our journey began in mid-2019 as a small vegan bakery in the heart of Glebe, Sydney. Founded by David Rigby, a fine-dining chef with a passion for vegan cuisine, Oh My Days has always strived to push the boundaries of what plant-based baking can achieve. After persevering through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we continued to innovate, earning a loyal customer base along the way. Now, being recognised globally by La Liste is a significant milestone in our journey.

Meet David Rigby
David Rigby, our founder and head chef, brings a wealth of experience from his time at renowned establishments such as Bentley, Est., and China Doll. His transition from fine dining to vegan patisserie was driven by a desire to showcase how plant-based ingredients can create exceptional food.
David's approach to vegan baking focuses on using high-quality, organic, and preservative-free ingredients to ensure that each creation is both delicious, health-conscious and friendly to the environment. His commitment to using the best vegan butter and organic flours has been a game-changer, allowing us to produce pastries that rival their traditional counterparts.
Meet Kevin, Our Head Baker
Kevin, our head baker, complements David's expertise with his own remarkable journey. Kevin's father owns a bakery in Indonesia, and he has been immersed in the world of baking since he was ten years old. With 18 years of baking experience and training from Cordon Bleu, Kevin brings both tradition and innovation to our kitchen.
Kevin's fine dining background and unwavering dedication to excellence ensure that our dairy-free pastries not only stand out but set a new standard in the industry.
