This twice-baked vegan croissant is filled with a rich pandan custard and layered with a sweet coconut frangipane, then baked to golden, flaky perfection. Topped with a crisp coconut crust and a dusting of pandan magic, it’s the perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and coconutty.

We wanted to create a menu that while being entirely plant-based, is also preservative and additive-free.
