This savoury scroll is packed with dairy-free pesto, roasted mushrooms, marinated olives and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan. Wrapped in flaky pastry and baked fresh every morning.

We wanted to create a menu that while being entirely plant-based, is also preservative and additive-free.
The plant-based cafe has homed in on the baked goods that have become its signature – including a croissant made with shea butter that took eight months to perfect, baklava croissants, eclairs and seasonal fruit danishes.
